As a veteran, I’m not thrilled about moving during my holiday weekend, but due to unforeseen circumstances, my family and I had no choice. Initially, we went to U-Haul, but they were out of spaces and recommended Devon Self Storage, which is right next door. Devon Self Storage turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Right from the moment we walked in, the professionalism of the staff was evident. The gentleman who assisted us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly, including the pricing structure and security measures. The first three months are 50% off, which is an incredible deal, and our card will be charged on the 3rd of each month. The facility itself is immaculate. The cleanliness is noticeable as soon as you step in. It’s clear that Devon Self Storage takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The surveillance system is state-of-the-art and on full display, providing an added sense of security and peace of mind. One incident that really stood out was when an individual not on a lease attempted to gain access to a unit. The staff member handled the situation with utmost professionalism and politeness. The person was repeatedly denied access in the nicest of ways and was made fully aware of the policy. Despite the customer losing their cool, the staff member remained calm, composed, and courteous. It was a masterclass in customer service, demonstrating not only the staff's thorough knowledge of the security policy but also their dedication to maintaining a secure and pleasant environment for all clients. The level of service we received was top-notch. The gentleman helping us knew the facility inside and out. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided detailed explanations of the storage options available. His politeness and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much more manageable. Additionally, the facility's amenities are fantastic. From climate-controlled units to easily accessible loading bays, everything is designed with the customer’s convenience in mind. The wide driveways make it easy to navigate large moving trucks, and the availability of carts and dollies was a huge help. We were given 50% off the rent for the first three months, which is an incredible deal. This, coupled with the outstanding customer service and the high-quality facility, made our experience with Devon Self Storage exceptional. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a storage solution that combines affordability, security, and exceptional service, Devon Self Storage is the place to go.

Great safe and secure place to store your possessions. Management guy is top knotch in helping figure out the best size storage at the right price. Highly recommend this facility to store your belongings. There must be about 50+ cameras watching over the facility. Every turn you make, there is a camera watching everything that goes on. No other facility matches this type of security.

It's a very nice and clean facility. Easy access and secure. To take advantage of the first month free go get your unit on the first of the month because payments are due on the first of the month, so if you happen to get it in the middle of the month like I did two weeks later you have to pay for your unit. If they had told me that when I got the unit I would have waited 2 weeks to sign the contract so that I could get the full month free like they advertise. Also you have to pay for their insurance and you have to purchase one of their cylinder locks unless you have your own. Other than that it has been a good experience.

I am extremely happy and satisfied that I ended up renting a storage unit from Devon in Kenosha. I did my homework and they have the best units at the best prices. It is an extremely clean and organized facility. The manager (Tyler) was very helpful and courteous. He explained the prices and policies and answered all my questions respectively. He even took the time to show me different units and all the amenities. Excellent Staff and Excellent Storage Units. I would recommend Devon Storage to anyone who has the need.
