I have never rented a storage space! Devon was the first place I called and I spoke with Ashlee!! She was literally so concise and friendly!! If I had any doubts before, I knew I wanted to rent afterwards. Today I showed up and Ashlee greeted me again. Smooth process. She showed me 3 different units and made the process easy for me to decide. I felt comfortable and I didn’t feel stupid for not knowing about storage units. She answered every question. 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you, Ashlee!! ?

Ashlee was very helpful. With that said, I really hate being coaxed into reviewing a business. I’m guessing Ashlee didn’t take it upon herself to push for my review. I imagine there’s some incentive for her which feels scummy. 5 star reviews from people that are being socially pressured to leave them are not helpful to the people reading the reviews. So here’s my actual review. The facility is fine, a little run down on the outside but seemingly well maintained on the inside. I can’t speak for the outdoor units but the temperature controlled area is comfortable and clean. The doors to get in and out of the facility are pretty janky and don’t feel super secure. $35 lock cutting fee is pretty ridiculous. If you turn the 30 seconds it takes to do that into an hourly rate, I imagine we paid more for that labor than a NASA engineer gets paid. Also, I ended up having to use the bolt cutters myself because the employee was not strong enough. That was no problem but just kind of humorous that we essentially paid to borrow the bolt cutters for 3 seconds. So yeah, it’s a 4 star facility in my opinion. I really want to mark them down 1 or 2 more stars for pressuring me for a phony review but I will be honest in my assessment of the business.

Demetrius is the best manager around. He is a great asset to Devon storage. My husband and I are building a house and in the meantime moving to a small apartment. We are having to store most of our things. After looking around for climate controlled storage we discovered Devon to have some of the lowest prices.

Don, One of the employees at Devon, was very helpful with me obtaining assess to my storage unit. I have not been in my storage unit in approximately 20 years. I lost my keys. Don cut the old lock and I purchased a new one. The furniture looked the same way as when I put it in storage. No blemishes or damage at all. I would recommend Devon as a storage facility if you have nice fine furniture to store.

This is a great storage facility, the spaces range widely that will accommodate whatever needs you have. Josh and KaShae were very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They didn't mind answering all the questions we had. Enjoyed the chemistry between the two also. The facility is easy to find and access. Ka'Shae had no problem taking me to several storages which were all cleaned and maintained. Everything is easy to get in and out of when adding to your storage. We enjoy the fact that it is enclosed and out of the weather also.

Great experience, very friendly staff and great prices . I would definately recommend them for anyone looking for a outdoor or climate controlled storage .
