I’ve had interactions with James, Diana, and Charoy and they all are extremely pleasant to deal with. They have very good attitudes and it’s easy to communicate with them all. We’ve been renting this space for about 10 years and Devon staff has been the best yet. Whenever there has been a problem with our space Diana has been extremely helpful with resolving it. Ease of reserving the unit and completing "move-in" paperwork online. Additionally, we called the location twice prior to committing to ask questions and the phone was answered promptly and politely by Ron. On move-in day we met Mia and she walked us to our unit and offered to answer any questions. Both Ron and Mia seem eager to help and exhibited great customer service. The facility itself was clean and seems well cared for. We've only been customers a couple of days but so far it has been a good experience.
