I'd like to give a VERY LOUD and EXTRA PROUD shoutout to the General Manager, Paula, as well as the assistant manager. - i've forgotten his name unfortunately - Ms. Paula is actually a very kind, caring, and genuinely concerned Manager! I am VERY pleased with my service, their attitude towards customers exceeds far beyond the raggedy customer service and sour attitudes that U-Haul and other storage facilities provide. This property is 20X cleaner than i've ever seen. Somebody PLEASE give this woman a raise! Amen!

Devon Self Storage at Austin Peay Hwy is a wonderful place to store your items! They are safe and secure w/ 24/7 security surveillance cameras. River, the manager, is extremely friendly and professional. Overall, I've had a great experience using this self storage.

Kijuan made renting a storage unit for my equipment smooth and easy! I like all the security features and the access hours.

Yolanda and jasmine are very nice I advice people not rent units there the storage facility has a lot of rat's in side the climate units and leaks and rat's are in the outside units to I am currently renting a climate unit and there are rat's in my unit I only have furniture and clothes stored in my unit and my daughter just rented a outside unit and she had to sweep out rat dripping before putting her boxes in her unit I will not come back to storage facility if I ever need to rent a storage again I will be taking my things out of this storage the middle March2023
