The people there are so nice and helpful we had to upgrade are unit after we lost my mother In law and we were rushed to get her stuff out of her house it was all on my husband and I so it was nice to have employees know what we needed and the some stress just wish it wasn't so costly when we fell behind one month the lady was nice to bring the amount due down a little but the time frame we were give to pay it wasn't enough time but it's on us not them there still amazing and helpful

She also helped with a Military Service discount, and was ready to help me secure a U-Haul truck to help me move my stuff to the facility. Very awesome! The containers themselves seem to be well maintained and clean. I highly recommend this location off of Hwy 18 by the Apple Valley Post Office. Overall amazing staff, and great facility.

The price was very affordable. I was even given a move-in special. Then after two months I had to upgrade my unit size. Two A 15×30 Heather was extremely helpful with the process making everything easy as possible.. I definitely recommend Devon Self Storage ? Guys listen, I can't be making this up. The lady Heather at this location is sent from heaven. Like literally. She and the people she worked with saved me the headache of not being able to move because of some reservation issues. Guys she went out of her way. Oh yes she did and also made sure I got the size of truck I needed. Please ask of her whenever you're at this location. She's amazing! So this was my first ever time storing things away, the staff here at Devon are absolutely amazing. I went to a previous storage company and they didn't seem like they really had the time nor patience to actually show me what I was going to be renting. I would prefer not to knock another company on anothers page, so I will leave names out. However on a positive note, Heather and Shannon were very kind and courteous when I entered. Mind you it was like 20 minutes prior to closing, and regardless Heather was like "no problem! I'll take you out there" so with that, it basically sold me just on the fact that she was very kind and respectful even though its prior to the end of her shift. So thank you Heather G! Great job, the storage facility is very clean and the units were very clean inside with no odors or anything! I would recommend that if you're in the market for a storage, that you give them a shot, you won't be let down. The prices are reasonable and the ladies are wonderful. Keep up the great work and thank you for helping me get the right unit.
