Paris customer Service is excellent, as I am an older guy that’s in the hospital I was 3 months behind my son and I were on the phone, she was very patience and very polite with me as she took my payment. However, it was so loud in the back ground as a young lady was talking so loud and aggressively, I could barely hear our conversation. We got through it please respect your customers when they call. When the manager Yvonne led us to view the unit we noticed the grounds were clean. We're content with choosing Devon Stotrage. We were frantic as we had scheduled movers to come the next morning! There was a number on the door, we called it and left a message. Yvonne called us back within 5 minutes, and even though she wasn't feeling well she set us up to move in immediately! She was a lifesaver! Thank you Yvonne!!!

So we were not sure about this place because there was what looked to be squaters in a dilapidated RV in their parking lot and the industrial area seemed to have a above average amount of pan handlers in the area. BUT and this is a big but - while we were walking towards the entrance and thinking about taking our business elsewhere the manage Yvonne came walking out of the office. She is an amazing person that clearly cares about her work. She took us in to preview the location and show us a sample of the unit we inquired about. She was on top of the location everything was ship shape once we went inside and it was literally like another world onside the property. Instantly felt at ease and that my property would be safe from outside elements in this area of town. She was pleasant, complimentary and more knowledgable about her companies product than other folks I have previously encountered in the same type of role. The facility exceeds expectation based on its curb appeal and again I think that is because of the hard work of Yvonne. I hope this helps any one in the same position as us that arrives and thinks the lower rates aren't worth trusting the area... we are so glad we met Yvonne and hope that her organization values her well enough so that she will be there to help us and other folks that we refer over the next year or so while we need the storage... I have been at this storage unit for over a year, I had experienced some financial hardship and fallen behind with my rent for many months. I almost lost my whole life’s belongings. After watching storage wars and seeing how people loose their belongings so easily, I was very worried, but to my amazement, after taking the carriage to actually face my problem and ho to the office, I felt so blessed meeting this God sent Angel (Yvonne). I have never met anybody so kind, honest, genuine, fair and professional. What I admire about her is that she is a “Straight Shooter”. She has to be one of the only storage units personnel I’ve ever met that actually feels passionate about her job and clients. She went out of her way to grasp the severity of my situation and she managed to settle my account and get me back on track without any drama. I have every intention to stay at Devon as long I need a storage and I recommend Devon storage for anyone who doesn’t want to be just another number, but, somewhere that you belong! ? Yvonne ?

The place is secured, squeaky clean and only the best customer service around. They treat you with respect and will be there to assist you with all your storage issues.
