Temeka was such a blessing today! She was soooo sweet and patient. I came in wanting to transfer my unit and ending up transferring it twice due to the location of the unit. I’m a woman and didn’t want the back units. Although they are safe and there has been no problems, it made me feel safer to be in the front. Temeka asked for help from another location to assist me TWICE to make sure she was doing the transfer right and giving me all the discounts I already had. If you are wanting to rent with Devon Storage and Temeka is serving you, YOU WILL BE IN GREAT HANDS! Definitely made my day and made me feel so much safer in the new storage unit location! I have to say that this is the CLEANEST and most well taken care of storage facility I have ever used. When I have gone to take stuff to my unit or remove anything, there have never been ANY bugs, or rodents or damage of any kind. I am very impressed. Tasha and Trey have been very nice and helpful, especially when they converted to Devon From Cube Smart. The pay transition was easy and new contract was explained to me in detail. I really appreciate the cleanliness and security of my belongings at a reasonable rate.

We've had this storage unit a long time. It's switched companies about 3 times now. Thus far, Devon has been the best owners. The ladies in the office are nice and always willing to help you out best they can. Tasha is a saint. So sweet and always there to help. Only reason it's 4 stars and not 5, is because the prices are going up what seems like every 3 months. Our 10x10 was 55 when we first got it. Now we are paying 97 a month. But thats kind of hard to avoid with the times we are in now.
