The stay was easy and convenient. It served my needs well and the cost was reasonable. The only negative experience was the checking out. The system wasn’t able to print the move out date so the gentleman behind the counter (Ralph) was helpful enough to sign the form with the move out date for me.

Absolutely could not get over the service that Amy offered! Very helpful and informative when explaining the options. Made everything so easy and stress free.

Rented a commercial unit and I just want to say Chelsea made us feel right at home. Throughout the waiting process for this unit I bugged Chelsea every day. She was very patient and friendly, helping me every step of the way. Once I moved in and she would stop by and check on the move in and made sure everything was to my liking. This is a breath of fresh air compared to the last storage we were at.

This is the only time I felt right about paying for a storge. The manager, Robeyn, answered all my questions and gave me insight on things I didn't think of when it comes to storing belonging short and long term. She showed me around and kept me feeling comfortable while being friendly with/ tending to the number of people renting there already. The way she spoke to me showed not only an extreme knowledge of the ins and outs of her job (I felt like she been doing this for a while) but an extreme understanding of what it is to be for the customer while doing her job. I ended up getting all my packing stuff for her. She handled me so well I risked it all and asked her for her number, but she shot me down, but kept it professional. Ima a try again once I go to pay my bill. Even though I'm on auto pay!!!!
