This storage center is right around the corner. Daniel was very helpful when pricing out the unit I was interested in; explained all the current discounts available and even took me back to show me the unit. Exceptionally clean. I went back about 3 days later to actually rent the unit and Daniel knew my last name by sight. Renting the unit was a breeze and again Daniel went with me to the unit to take is lock off and put mine on. Still spotless inside. Pricing was competitive with other storage complexes (yes, I called them as well) but it was the customer service that won me over. Many thanks Daniel!

Daniel and Earl helped me with getting my first storage unit. Everything went so smoothly with their help! As soon as I reserved a unit online, they called and texted me to confirm with me. I went there later to check in person to make sure that I chose the right size for my things. They were so helpful and said they would reserve the unit for me until I'm ready to move my stuff in a few days. They didn't take a deposit. I wanted to make sure I get the unit there, so I went ahead and complete the renting process on the same day. I feel everything is taken care of in a very thorough and smooth manner there. I'm very happy to find this storage location.

Because of her presence, I am no longer terrified of coming to the on site location at which I had a racially profiled encounter with the previous female employee. Danni's show of customer appreciation and just civil decency has made the kind of impression Devon Corporate should be proud of, especially since this is part of their service pledge.
