She was very pleasant and by far some of the best customer service I had ever seen. She explained the policies and even called to check if I still needed the services your company had to offer. I didn't need it any more but if I do I know I can call that specific location to get the best customer service and awesome prices!!! She explained everything I needed to know, in a manner that I could understand, she didn’t rush the process at all, which meant a lot to me and I know meant a lot to her (it was 5:50 and they closed at 6) overall I would give 1000 stars to this business AND 5000 stars for the outstanding staff (Mrs Khalejah) that they hired!!!!

This was very close to Ft. Eustis and I was able to access my storage. I drive through and park my car in front of my unit. The staff was friendly and they offer to help when they can. The facility's fence is a wired fence. I didn't have any issue for two months that I used Cubesmart.
