I needed a place to store some items after selling my parents' home and visited every self-storage facility within a 5-mile radius of my home. Even though it was the farthest from me, Devon was hands-down the best in every way. The facility is clean, well-lit, has enough hand carts, good parking and prices are fair. Most importantly, the staff is top-notch. John was helpful from the moment I met him, helped me pick a unit and gave me a great price. He continues to be helpful and cheerful every time I see him. Jay is wonderful as well and even rendered first aid when I cut my finger moving some boxes into my unit. John and Jay go out of their way to provide exemplary customer service, something I've found very hard to come by these days. I came yesterday and had Jay accommodate any needs, questions or concerns I had about this place. He was bery proficient, very understanding to my needs and had everything I was trying to to get done squared away in an orderly and timely fashion. The following day I finalized the particulars for my unit with John who was just as proficient and built a wonderful rapport with just as quickly. This storage facility is amazing. Jay and John go above and beyond to ensure that I, the customer, am fully accommodated with all of my needs pertaining to my storage needs. They exceed all aspects as far as customer service goes. It’s nice knowing that you will be greeted with a smile and addressed by name no matter what time of the day I arrive.
