I am very satisfied with the customer service this place had provided, Mr. West has been a great help when I came to moving out of my storage unit. My unit was overdue and my payments were late, but he was very patient with me throughout the whole process both on the phone and in person. He was very clear in his direction on how I should proceed and he even went out of his way to speak up for me and help me save money. He’s a very charismatic yet competent man and I am glad to have had his help!

I was greeted by Sandra, who was amazing and guided me through the process answering all my questions. If anyone is looking for a no nonsense storage facility with good prices. You should go check them out. I really like the fact I have access till 10:00pm which is great since I work nights. ????????? UPDATE ???????? OK ....Here is a update as I have been at this amazing storage facility now for several months. All I can say is WOW. They go above and beyond to give Great customer service to everyone. And Sandra is by far one of the best in this field.
