I am very satisfied with Devon self storage. I went into the office not knowing which size unit I needed and thankfully Kimberly pointed me in the right direction. She suggested a 5 by 10 climate controlled unit to fit my 3 large beds, table and a ton of bags and two larger boxes. I am so glad the she suggested a bigger size than I originally said because I ended up having to store my beds. She was friendly, welcoming and efficient. The storage facility was like a resort as it was so clean and I felt really comfortable being there! I also noticed that they do routine pest control which is a plus. Thanks for all your wonderful help, Devon self storage.

Rented a storage unit today from Devon Self Storage on Gladstell in Conroe, Texas.... Worked with Bobby... The experience was great... I looked at a couple of units; a 10X10 and a 7-1/2X15... He was even able to offer a special that was better than the internet special... He assured me that in the case of a major power outage to the area, e.g. a hurricane, they will manually operate the perimeter gate so that we can get to emergency supplies like water containers... Contract was easy... I highly recommend them...

If you get hot while you’re packing or unpacking your unit they conveniently have cool, fresh tasting water inside. They also have a public bathroom. Prices are very reasonable. Could not recommend this location more for any of your storage based needs.

The best customer service of ANY business! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were moving some items out of our space and the associates drove by and asked us if we needed anything. We said we may be interested in a smaller unit, within a few minutes our new unit was ready, they even found a unit close to our old unit to make the process easier. Within a few minutes the new contract was all completed! The associates were so helpful during the process, they also had water available (it was a hot day in TX!) We were also able to transfer the balance on the old unit to the price of the new unit! Will highly recommend!

Staff definitely make the place great. Was easy to get a storage unit when needed and the hours are just as good. Keep doing what y’all do.
