We’ve been struggling to make the payments so I’m not a huge fan of the pricing going up along with paying the insurance and late fees (which is our fault for being late on payments) but overall I think this place is great and really easy to get ahold of if you need them. They’re also easy to talk to. They’ve always been very quick to unlock our unit when we finally have the ability to pay the monthly bill, usually within an hour or less during business hours which is awesome. I’m not a big fan of the price when we started renting to the price now, but overall the staff is friendly and the owner is very on top of the business she runs. I respect a good woman owned business and appreciate her promptness on handling everything in a timely manner. It’s well taken care of and it shows.

Tammy was so helpful and friendly! She made the whole stressful experience of moving across country easier. From day one when we reserved online and received our first call from her, she happily answered any questions we had and gave us all the options available. When it was time to return our rental truck she even arranged that for us! She went above and beyond to help us and we really appreciate her. The storage area is clean and was easily accessible for our large 26' moving truck. I highly recommend this storage facility.
