I'll be honest, when I first used this storage facility the employees running the place did not fill out my paperwork correctly. They were also impossible to get ahold of and never on site. Fortunately, Amie now runs this location and she is great! Always answers the phone or text messages back. I feel a lot better with her in charge. During the weekend I broke a key in my cylinder lock. I was told by a local locksmith it will be $100. I am so lucky I caught Amie and asked her for help. The fee to drill the lock out was only $35 plus a new cylinder lock for about $25, if you don't have a replacement lock of your own. She said to give her a moment so she can help customers that came in before me. Fair enough. After confirming my ID and filling out a bit of paperwork Amie drilled that cylinder out in no time. I was able to get in my unit and didn't have to pay $100 to do so! Thanks Amie!

Very Thorough in conveying the policy and rules & do & don’t’s even to make sure you understand before proceeding with & answering all questions! great customer service, very professional and courteous, hassle free switching to a bigger unit, Dan well respected in my books.. whoever trained those two did a great job ?? keep up the good work. Great work ethic & faces to represent the company’s first intal impressions. Ain’t no better storage unit in GR to know you stuff is secure and monitored & not 24hr. If price was a lil lower I would 2-3 units ? ~ Lorenzo

I needed to move my belongings from Muskegon to GR. I have looked and check the price pretty much everywhere in GR. And had to be accessible area using bus and Uber/Lyft since I don’t have a car. After all the search, I decided to check Devon’s. As I arrived at Devon’s, Ms. Amy and other gentleman(I’m sorry, I’m horrible remembering names and faces?) have greeted me. Ms.Amy helped me from the beginning to to the end! She also sold me on getting 5x8!!? Which I’m glad I didn’t take 5x5, my stuff wouldn’t of fit,. I love the storage! It’s inside, don’t have to worry about the lock or sliding door getting rusty and moving your belongings in a HOT/COLD weather! Also knowing there’s a security camera is a plus! All together, thanks to you Ms.Amy!

Dan Hoye, is a great and helpful person. He noticed me struggling with my storage being a lil too full with my stuff and helped me find a decent sized storage that was a little bigger than the one I had already had. And he also got it for me for a fair price. I appreciate it very much. It was definitely needed. If he was my employee I would definitely give him a raise and/or a promotion.

Rented a unit from Troy at Devon Storage today. This dude went that extra mile for sure. I told him I had just moved to Michigan from Alabama and was a little nervous about being here all by myself. Troy was very kind and made me feel so at ease. If anyone needs storage, Troy is the man to rent from!

The Devon storage facility is a beautiful example of indoor secure storage with motion activated cameras, drive-in access, and superb cleanliness. The manager Cody gives a personalized tour of elevators, loading bay, and clear directions on facility policies and expectations with friendly polite good cheer. He was able to find two units side-by-side in a convenient location. There were also many affordable options for the second floor. Packing materials are also for sale for the full moving experience. With an easily reached downtown location, I felt very pleased with all the added values of this product.
