Walked in and Nichole at the front desk was extremely helpful in showing me around, made some recommendations regarding size of the unit and floor location, and told me about pricing. Once I had selected a unit, the sign up process was straightforward and was about the same as renting a car. The things I like about this facility include: 1. The building is new and is basically spotless – very clean 2. I like that it is climate controlled – your stuff wont get moldy or frozen 3. The garage doors are very convenient, you can drive your car inside and they have carts you can use to haul your stuff from your car to your unit 4. The doors and locks to the units are really easy to use I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to store your things.

I had my fare share of bad experiences at another extra space storage, then I found the one on Walpole and my whole perspective changed. Made a reservation online for a unit, got a call from Paul who was the store manager who was awesome btw. I set up a time to come in the next day and was warmly welcomed by him at the office. He was kind and professional and thorough with the facility and the process. Made everything easy for us and gave us a great tour of the place as well and showing us the unit. Had us wrapped up with the paperwork in minutes and had us leaving happy. We actually came back later on that night to move all of our stuff in and it was easy and simple, great experience and great team working there. Everything is above standards for sure.

Paul, the manager, was very friendly and efficient. He even noticed I had not locked my unit properly and took the time to show me how to do it the next day.
