I deal with storage rooms and it's people multiple times a week due to my work and the ladies here are as good as they come. Patient, understanding, and as sweet as that favorite cool aunt at Xmas. Only way they could do better is to help me load up my trailer in this 100 degree heat themselves. Don't count on that. They ain't THAT sweet :-)

Ms. Felicia was an absolute angel! When I entered the office she quickly recognized me and welcomed me with a lovely smile. She thoroughly explained all the appropriate data I needed to know. She showed me different units, and although it was extremely hot, she was patient and allowed me to choose which unit I felt would be best. Ms. Felicia just had an awesome demeanor. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone, the staff is brilliant and so are the prices.
