She was so very friendly and positive that it made renting a unit a pleasant experience, which is not what you usually think you are going to find when visiting a storage facility. The best part, however, happened the next day. I had asked if Devon has a senior discount. She apologetically said that they did not. However, she called back the next day to say that she had checked further and that Devon does indeed have a 10% senior discount, which she has applied to both the new rental and one I had previously rented.
