Don't get me wrong, I don't expect much customer service from a storage facility, so it was a huge bonus to work with Christina. It needs to be mentioned that we were 2 hours late from the original appointment AND the place was about to close in 20 minutes. Altogether Christina was professional, helpful, and honestly pretty delightful, so don't treat her wrong or I'll fight your dad!
