When we were moving out of the unit, we left a storage bin outside of the unit and I promptly received a call asking me if this was intentional. I sent him an email and he responded less than 2 minutes after I sent it, after losing the key to my lock he was able to take the lock off for me free of charge. He really came through for me when I needed to move out as soon as possible.

Facility has CCTV cameras, is fenced, and very secure. Manager helped me move into my unit on his day off. Really showed me how that they are flexible and that they care.

The manager stuck his neck out to help my son especially in his time of need. The manager gives my son the best customer service I have ever encountered. The units are super clean and are odorless. Devon self storage is extremely safe and secure. There is 24 hour security on the property. David the manager, is so considerate and super friendly. He walks the units all through the day to make sure all the units are safe and locked when no one is there. My son and myself will never rent anywhere else. My son has rented his unit for a couple of years and he will not go anywhere else. The units are very spacious. Devon storage also offers student units too.Thank you David for looking out for my son and for being so compassionate and caring. Units have stayed dry and pest free, owner has always been friendly and helpful with selecting correct size and gone above and beyond helping me move the last of my things with his golf cart when emptying out my unit. Rented a unit here with a group, but was unable to check in for security reasons (because the name on the reservation was under another member of the group). I was in a time crunch to catch a flight, but David went out of his way to accommodate space for me in his own personal locker until the other group members arrived. My belongings made it safely to their new location and I am very happy with the service I received. Would definitely recommend.

Have a unit here. They keep the place clean. There is staff onsite all the time. We feel it's very secure. Plus David is super helpful and friendly.

I love their service! They provide with a 50% discount for the first month if you rent a locker via internet. However, I got a problem with reserving the locker via the internet. Because of that I had to call to the office. A lady on the phone was very polite and helpful as she helped me out with reservation and also provided me with the discount. On next day I came to the office where David met me. This guy is awesome! He is such a professional! David properly explained me everything starting from showing the locker and ending with explaining policy. That was a positive experience for me as a student. I have found here everything what I need, fair price, cool staff, enough space for my belongings. I highly recommend this self storage!
