Just rented a unit for the first time at this location after trying another lack luster unit down the road - not only is the price $100 less than what I was previously paying, but the customer service is x100 better!! I was confused how the process went at first, but Luis was absolutely wonderful help, and not to mention had the perfect humor and was very kind and sweet!! 10/10 first impression. Love the unit!

Amazing costumer service! Josh answered all our questions/ concerns. Process was fast and easy. We were able to conveniently rent a storage unit and a moving truck all in once place all at a great price. The price we paid for both rentals here beat all pricing of other storage and truck rental places near by.

They were so nice and helpful. I booked on-line and Manager Josh called to walk me thru the process and let me know what times they would be open because of the holiday. When I came in Erika was really friendly and showed us the unit and walked us through all the paperwork, the whole thing only took like 20 minutes. It was such an easy, fast, pleasant experience.

Josh and Erica are amazing! They both went above and beyond to help me get checked in and were super thorough. 5 stars!

I would like everyone to know there has been numerous break ins the old manager left because they refuse to pay for a descent seciurity system
