Nate was professional, accommodating, and conscientious about making it the best service he could give. My first unit had a broken door/lock, but he found a solution that was satisfactory for me, and did everything he could to make it right.

Nate was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. It’s people like him that make me feel safe having my items stored at this facility.

Came in to get a consult for holding estate property in a unit. Nate was really cool and gave me all the information.

He's very informative and caring about his renters. The facility is fully covered by security cameras and a third-party security service at all times. Process was very easy, staff was extremely friendly. Very nice facility. I would highly recommend. They also let you use your own insurance and your own lock.

I adore this location. Fantastic and unobtrusive staff. Throughout this whole experience, they have worked around my tardiness a few times, and they have never been judgmental or rude about it. Additionally, most of the apartments are indoors and have some climate control, which is a huge plus in the heat. Additionally, they don't care how frequently you come and go or how long you stay there as long as you don't create a mess that obstructs other people's access to the area, are respectful, and tidy up after yourself. I hold this place in the highest regard and strongly advise using cubesmart in general for your storage need.

I ended up here at Devon self storage and they made a difficult situation actually manageable. The manager is young, but incredibly knowledgeable, kind & professional . I had my household goods stored in one of the indoor climate controlled units at the Marconi Ave facility. When I finally retrieved my goods 6 years after depositing them, the household goods had the appearance as though I had just put them in storage, no spider webs, dust or debris or rodent droppings anywhere. Very clean and well controlled facility. Safe. The elevators always worked and hand carts were always available for free which were a big help transferring stuff from car to storage unit. My only complaint was a mix up while checking out of the unit, but this was resolved to my satisfaction by Jacob.

Jacob, the new Manager for the storage facility formerly known as Cube Smart, was very patient and helpful in getting our new account set up with Devon. We finally are able to combine our multiple lockers into one larger one. He is a great asset to this company who willy nily makes everyone pay their storage on the first of the month. He was able to evaluate what would help us save money as we are retired living on a limited income caring for parents in the same situation, one with end stage dementia. Very kind and professional. I look forward to continuing to do business with Jacob. He gets 5/5 stars, the company gets 4/5. (Devon NEEDS TO TAKE IN TO ACCOUNT THAT MANY FOLKS DEPEND ON SSI and SSI now pays at different times of the month.)
