Absolutely the best customer service beginning with a phone call to set up a time to look at a 5x5 unit. Then, I got a phone call to confirm that I will be dropping by. Dave was awesome and I was relieved they had exactly the unit I've been looking for with the best rate in town. The process was smooth one. Customer service is genuine and just overall pleasant. My only regret is not having used them in the past where I was paying double the rate just three years ago. Definitely give them a call before contacting anyone else.

Ask for Roslyn she’s great she’ll take good care of you. Amazing customer service and a super nice person. Probably the best deal I could find for storage in Saint Augustine and a big plus is they have U-Haul trucks on site. One stop shop for moving and storage a lot cheaper than Pods and Pack Rat as well.

I decided last minute to change truck size and she worked with me and made sure I left with what I needed, even when we thought I would have to go somewhere else to get it.
