Devon Self Storage Secures Third-Party Property Management of Self-Storage Asset in Atlanta MSA
Oak Brook, Ill. – Devon Self Storage (“Devon”), a member of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. (“Inland”), announced today it has been awarded the property management contract for a self-storage property located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, a suburb approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. This will be the third property Devon manages in Georgia via its third-party property management platform. The property is owned by an affiliate of Hand Properties, Inc. of Atlanta.

This self-storage property is located at 420 Grayson Highway. It was formerly a grocery store and redeveloped into a self-storage destination in 2017 by Hand Properties, Inc. The property offers 42,000 square feet of 349 climate-controlled units and covered RV and boat storage spaces. The property is currently 90% occupied.
