Promotional pricing, discounts and specials apply solely to monthly self-storage rental charges and do not apply to administrative fees, lock fees, merchandise purchases, insurance plan fees, taxes, or any other applicable fees or charges. Free rent offers, discounted rent promotions, and other special pricing incentives are valid only as expressly stated in the applicable offer and may be subject to minimum rental periods, move-in deadlines, or other qualifying conditions. Seasonal and limited-time offers are available only during the promotional period specified and may require a move-in within designated dates.

Online pricing and certain promotions may be available exclusively for qualifying online reservations and rentals.
