What?! Really?! But it's after closing time? He told us that he didn't mind staying a little later to help us out. He listened to our needs and we left with a rented unit.

Been here for 2 months and I love the customer service. Lisa is awesome. Only small complaint I have is that it's too dark at night. I feel like the security is ok at best. But some areas are almost pitch black and it makes it uneasy to be there at night. But the cleanliness and the accessibility is good.

Devon Self Storage not only had the best rate in town, but the best customer service. Came in around 30 minutes before closing and was welcomed in. Super efficient, the whole check in process took about 15 minutes and by 5:50 everything was taken care of. Facility is kept nice and clean and easy to work your way around. 10/10 would recommend for the check in process alone!
