We shopped rates and this was the best value and the facilities and assistance were fantastic (especially from the manager, David). At the end of the contract there was a dispute over when the contract officially ended and David, with approval from upper management, did the right thing in favor of the student and good customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I rented storage for about a year. Over the months, Devon storage (the manager - Dave?) was very understanding of various situations that occurred while I was renting. He was always helpful and very nice. The facility is clean. There were not any signs of rodents being in my storage area. When I went to clear out my storage, I couldn't find my key. They went above and beyond to help me.

National Mini Warehouses in Urbana wasn't the first place I called when I was looking for short term storage, but they'll be the only place I call in the future. Booking was easy and communication was excellent. Very professional throughout the entire process. Move in day went just as well. The onsite manager was very informative and helpful. I called other storage facilities in the Champaign-Urbana area and was promised return phone calls that never came. Call National Mini Warehouses first if you have any storage needs.

I went here to rent a storage unit (4x5) for literally 1 month. The facility is somewhat clean and customer service is pretty good. There was a mix up with the fee but I appreciate that McDuff was willing to negotiate with me for a REASONABLE price for storage and fix the issue. So overall the customer service was good and the storage was clean (better than other storage units I've see in Champaign Urbana).

The manager was very accommodating and friendly. The facility was clean and even the office was very clean and tidy. The process to secure a locker was not too overly involved. The manager showed me the locker prior to renting it to see if I was ok with it. Also the manager was very responsive, I called him and he returned my call. I emailed him and he responded as well.

Their call center was informative and friendly. The manager at the site was awesome. He made sure I was getting the right size storage to fit my needs. Very clean place. They even offer insurance for your storage in case anything happens.

I recently rented a 5X12 unit to store my motorcycle, and it perfectly fit my needs. The reservation process was extremely easy, and got a good deal as well ($200 for three months including insurance and fees). The roof is higher compared to a similar-size unit I rented at Public Storage, so it's easier to put in more stuff if they're stacked vertically. The store manager, David was a really nice person and he helped me check-in really fast and also explained all costs well.
