General Manager
Responsible and accountable for day to day operating performance of the self storage facility Primary duties are taking storage reservations, renting storage spaces ,collecting rent, processing paperwork, cash control and facility maintenance. Other duties include but are not limited to: Marketing the facility to prospective customers, opening and closing the rental office, communicating directives to other employees, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, achieving assigned profit and loss targets, preparation of quarterly reports, monitoring competition and assisting management in pricing decisions.
